While exercising First Amendment rights:

1. Keep your NSA tracking device (a.k.a. "adult pacifier," cell phone) at home or in a secure Faraday cage bag.

2. Always use an alias when talking to strangers. Just smile and look straight ahead if a stranger starts chatting about guns or wants to know (directly or indirectly) how many guns you have. Don't give him your name or phone number.

3. Obscure your face to foil face recognition software. For example, wear a balaclava, or sunglasses and fake beard, or blackface, or paint your face to look like Darth Maul.

4. Never post your exercise of First Amendment rights on social media, or tell Left-leaning relatives or acquaintances. .

5. Drive an older vehicle without GPS or "OnStar" or disable such on a newer vehicle.

6. Pay cash for drinks, snacks, etc. VISA will tell the government where you were.

7. Immediately walk away, ending any conversation with pushy strangers who want you to engage in violent or illegal acts. Said strangers probably work for the secret police. Learn about "entrapment."

8. If anything goes wrong, DO NOT TALK TO POLICE OR SECRET POLICE (FBI, etc.) without a lawyer. Independently record ALL SUCH CONVERSATIONS to compare with the fiction or hyperbole in a 302. Learn about 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and "perjury trap" before you attend a peaceful assembly.
