This district judge is in Texas. Any appeal from the illegitimate Biden regime would be heard by the reliably conservative 5th Court of Appeals. Let's hope they also hoover up six months worth of the dregs of the third world dispersed by the Air Force, Catholic Charities, etc. and send them back south of the Rio Grande. It never made sense to let in "asylum seekers" since only 10% (at most) of asylum claims are accepted. Biden's handlers welcomed them and sent them throughout the land because they want to replace traditional Americans with ignorant peasants or gang members or West Africans or Haitians.
