Nazis shouldn't be kept within range of enemy fire. They must be kept alive to testify and for the public to see the animals they are. Clearly NATO wants to shut their mouth or simply blame Russia for killing prisoners.
It's a mistake at top level and it's time someone takes responsibility for this shitty strategy that only enables terrorism and prevents normal progress on the battlefield. (source)
