Bolshevik California Bar is trying to disbar President Trump's attorney who
vociferously called out electoral fraud. His defense is proving there was
indeed widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

In the disbarment trial of Trump’s attorney John Eastman, his attorney asked their expert witness Berkeley constitutional law professor John Yoo if he agreed with the California bar’s “expert” Matthew Seligman’s testimony that no vice president in history has ever substantively decided whether to accept or reject electoral slates. Yoo said he disagreed – the vice president DID make substantive decisions in the 1796, 1800 and 1960 elections.
