Need a few zillion dollars to fund defense contractors, cronies, corrupt regimes, and skim a bit for yourselves? No problemo. War is the way to go.

Wanna crack down on your own peaceful people and literally make them turn to violent black markets that you can then use to elicit ever more crackdowns? Use the war on drugs to take their rights and property then blame them for the rise of the drug cartels to whom you’re granting oligopoly and price supports. 

It goes on and on and we see these forever wars for no gain ratchet ever upward in their budgets as we war on terror, poverty, racism, fantastical “phobias,” claims of privilege, and whomsoever last upset the neocons or the classic backbone of globalist warlord democrats. Half of this charade is making sure you feel constantly attacked so you’ll allow the war-makers to invoke some form of war powers. 

This is pointless, fruitless, and dishonest. But it’s also distracting and it’s worth keeping in mind just how good wars are at diverting attention from other matters. They sure let the federales blow massive budget holes and permanent rights destruction by the American people with that most mismonikered legislative atrocity “the Patriot Act” or the ESG that winds up being the tailored tyranny of Evangelical Socialist Grifters.

It’s a tried and true jingo jamboree to shut off critical thinking and criticism, a practice so obvious and blatant that satire about hiring filmmakers to make up wars to cover up scandal and influence the outcome of an election used to be amusing pastiche. 

The 1997 classic Wag the Dog was seen as a bit of wickedly fun lampoon at the time but, like the cult classic Idiocracy it seems to get less funny and more prophetic with each passing year. (And seriously, if you have not seen these movies, drop what you are doing and watch them. C’mon, WtD is Dustin Hoffman, DeNiro, Anne Heche, Woody Harrelson, Denis Leary, and Willie Nelson. You have no idea what you’re missing.)

The quotes are gold, especially Hoffman as Motss, the Hollywood producer hired to make a fake war for TV.

The underlying plot arc of Wag the Dog is creating a for-TV fake war in Albania to mesmerize the public and divert attention away from a presidential sex scandal about to break two weeks before the election. Given the course of recent years, one might be forgiven for asking some pointed questions about life imitating art or perhaps art being mistaken for a “how-to” manual.

You seriously cannot make this stuff up.

Fun fact: only one of these wars starred a comedian.

An enormous number of quite valid questions have been asked about Covid and whether and to what extent the extreme responses and especially the continued emergency and fear of “public places” was driven by great greedy gobs of greasy grimy grifter grabs and/or a desire to have an election that was all but impossible to monitor using any sort of conventional method due to unprecedented levels of essentially unverified mail-in ballots and a pony express of 4,000 mules playing reindeer games.

(At the very least, the argument that “If the richest, most technologically advanced country in the history of countries is claiming it cannot verify voter rolls or count votes, it’s not because they lack the ability, it’s because someone powerful does not want it done” is essentially inarguable.)

Did we get “wag the dogged” with a virus to change an election? I would sure not want to try to prove we didn’t.

But even this is too limiting a question.

How many other tails are currently vibrating the dog that is America to the point where vision blurs?

The useful Idiocracy of fast follower rage junkie NPC’s constitute easy to enroll cadres that will happily believe and espouse any doctrine that gives them power, a claim to righteousness, and the ability to run around being beastly to people is a potent societal stressor.

It’s easy to endlessly flip the lever, send the lightning, and speed the newly invigorated monster tottering down to the nearby village to wreak havoc. Worse, it’s even easier to point at someone you don’t like, yell “monster” and send the villagers to war. But why be on only one side of the mess when you can do both?

Mary Shelley was an optimist.

But do you seriously believe that the ones spinning up these malevolent mobs are actually onside? That they believe this stuff or care? I sure don’t. They lock you down then go get dinner with pals and get their hair done. They declare a war on drugs then go get high and make sure their kids never face a lick of consequence for that which would jail yours. They speak of “crooked financiers” then insider trade and bemoan climate change from the heated pools of their 12,000 square-foot beachfront homes one foot above sea level and chortle from private jets as they tell you not to fly.

Woke and global boiling and Covid and the Ukraine and every form of hyper-aggressive inclusivity insanity are not ideologies of belief for elites; they are circuses to dismay, daze, and distract you because pretty much no one can pay attention to what’s really going on when they are watching their daughter get slide-tackled by a 200-pound guy in a sports bra on a high school soccer field or they find out their 3rd grader is being read sexually explicit books by drag queens who give twerking lessons.

They excuse the destruction of economies with “green” and huge budget holes with “war.” They demolish communities with affirmative action and aid dependency, then call it structural racism and the ideas and expressions therein and thereof get ever more strident and outlandish. This is not because many of them are idiots. It’s because they are betting that we are. They are betting that if they keep us sufficiently enraged about absurdities, then they can make us miss the core of the plot. 

And it’s not exactly subtle what they would want us to miss. Because this is how empires end. And they know it. They know that an awful lot of people are, in real terms, getting poorer, struggling more, getting second and third jobs to make ends meet. But they are not. They are thriving, growing fat off grift and subsidy, and regulation run riot. They know that Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid are about to implode unless dire action is taken to lessen costs, but that’s unpopular, so bread and circuses it is! 

Send in the clown world.

But the wheels are coming off this charade and perhaps another movie shows us the way.

Don’t Look Up was a half-good political piece that struggled a bit despite copious star power. 

It was also a profound exemplar of unwitting self-parody. 

It was intended as a schmaltzy allegory of climate change denial wherein a self-absorbed conservative president convinces America “not to look up” to avoid seeing a massive comet coming to annihilate earth. In some small circles, this is how it played and certainly the “awards for adventures in ideological purity” came flooding in from the academy, but for most people, it seemed more like a story about Covid. I heard it over and over again from friends (even very liberal ones) who watched it: “Do these people realize they are making fun of themselves?”

No, they don’t.

They have no idea how absurd they look or how far from center and sanity their tales have drifted and they really have no control over it anymore. As the asteroid of regulatory strangulation, endless corruption, captured agencies and bureaucracy, and death by drowning in deficit-driven debt grows ever more visible to the naked eye, they have little choice than to turn into the fifth season of some telenovela where everyone has amnesia and is about to marry their sister who got abducted by aliens because nothing else provides sufficient distraction.

Honestly, is this really any less absurd than Don’t Look Up?

But that game always implodes and it’s imploding now. They push the antagonism past a breaking point and the illusion of plausibility shatters. They mean to fracture the fragile people and fling them against us as shock troops so we are too busy fighting them to realize that the battle should not be red ants vs black ants but everyone against the guy who keeps shaking the jar.

But that center fails to hold.

As each past folly reaches the point of widespread disbelief, 

They will keep coming up with new ones. more provocative ones. So expect broadside after broadside, but they are about out of rope and what they have left, they are coiling around their own necks without realizing it. 

Each past stupidity makes the next easier to recognize.

And more and more people wake up.

These “leaders” have made outright dismissal of them and their claims a matter of not just civic consciousness but civic duty.

Ninety percent of escaping this clown world cavalcade is refocusing on the bigger issues and getting out of the fracas-framings induced by teaching people to enrage one another by engendering a sense that all grievance is valid, all outcomes are crisis, and that all of it must be appeased, assuaged, and alleviated without regard to cost.

But this is madness.

Reject the premise and reclaim the frame.

Useful fact: it’s not “denial” either…

First things first with the Western financial sanctions- specifically the SWIFT exchange.  It is true you cannot use VISA, Mastercard or any mainstream Western financial tools to conduct business in Russia; however, the number of workarounds for this issue are numerous.  One of those tools is the use of a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin; and within that reality, you find something very ominous about the USA motive.

Crypto users are likely familiar with stories like Binance and the US regulatory control therein.  Factually, outside the USA Binance is being used to purchase and trade crypto without issue, but inside the USA it is regulated.  That brings me to the MEXC crypto exchange, a Mexican version, again available globally but not allowed in the USA.  The same applies to Metamask, used all over Europe but not permitted in the USA.  Start to ask yourself, why all these crypto exchanges are available to the rest of the world but not the USA, and you start to suspect the Russian sanctions, just like the Patriot Act, are something else entirely.

Then there’s app wallets.  You might be familiar with Apple Pay as a process to handle transactions from your iPhone.  Apple Pay is linked to your bank account.  Well, the “wallet feature” exists on other apps also, like Telegram; however, you can find the wallet feature, but if you try to use it from a USA cell phone… “This feature is not allowed in your region.”  Why are digital wallets available for the rest of the world but blocked by the U.S. government?

This brings me to several crypto conversations in the EU at various cafes with people who have a deep understanding.  The commonly accepted bottom line, the Western sanctions, organized by the Biden administration and US Treasury, were not intended to put financial walls around Russia; they were designed to put control walls around the USA.  Russia was the useful justification.

Here’s how it really looks from the outside looking at the USA.  The same way the Patriot Act was not designed to stop terrorism but rather to create a domestic surveillance system. So too were the “Russian Sanctions” not designed to sanction Russia, but rather to create the financial control system that will lead to a USA digital currency.

Now, does the exploding debt and seeming govt ambivalence take on a new perspective?  It should, because that unspoken motive explains everything.  This is not accidental folks.

Again, the western sanctions against Russia are not having an impact against Russia; they are having a quiet impact in the USA that no one is permitted to talk about.

Bottom line, travel around the EU is less controlled, tracked and monitored, than travel inside the USA.  Yes, let me emphasize; freedom of travel is greater in the EU than it is in the USA.  This was completely unexpected.

♦GROUND REPORT – You might ask how I know the Russian sanctions are ineffective – here’s an example.  After doing advanced research, I went to three separate banks as a random and innocuous customer.  I put my reason in the kiosk at each bank, got my ticket number and sat down to listen to the conversations. When my ticket number came up on the digital board, I just ignored it and sat for hours listening to conversations.  No one ever noticed or questioned me – not once.

At every one of the banks, the majority of the customers, at the “new account” desk, were foreign nationals asking about setting up business accounts to trade with Russia. In every bank the conversations were friendly and helpful, with the bank staff telling the customers exactly how to set up their account to accomplish the transactions.  No one was saying no; instead they were explaining how to do it in very helpful detail.

Within Russia, there are now 3rd party brokers with international accounts, an entirely new industry, which creates a layer of transactional capability for the outside company to sell goods into Russia.  A Samsung TV travels from South Korea to the destination in the RU with the financial transaction between manufacturer and retailer now passing through the new ‘broker’ intermediary. Essentially, that process is what was happening in the banks for small to medium sized companies.

Meaning, a person could buy a phone and register a phone number from within the EU, and then go back to the USA and access all the blocked/restricted financial processes [Binance (non-US), Metamask, MexC, Telegram digital wallet etc].  This would permit them to do untracked financial transactions into and out of Russia from the USA without the USG knowing about them (sanction workaround).

[DISCLAIMER: in the interest of my own legal risk, I did not do this; I’m just explaining.]

I am not smarter than the U.S. intelligence community, so what does this mean?

This means the U.S. government knows exactly why the Russian economy is thriving, the Ruble is stronger against the dollar, and there is nothing -not one thing- visible or different on the ground in Russia that an ordinary Russian citizen would notice.  In fact, the Russian economy is doing fine, better than before the Ukraine conflict initiated, albeit with new financial industries created by the sanctions.

If the US government knows this, then why the sanctions?

Asked and answered.  The Western sanctions created a financial wall around the USA, not to keep Russia out, but to keep us in.  The Western sanction regime, the financial mechanisms they created and authorized, creates the control gate that leads to a U.S. digital currency.

In essence, the Ukraine war response justified a system that creates a digital dollar.

186 children murdered in a school in Beslan. Dozens of children taken hostage from a Catholic school in the Philippines. Two teachers were beheaded, but not the girls. “We do not kill women. We will just enslave them,” the Jihadists promised. 8-year-olds gunned down in the Westgate Mall in Nairobi. The terrorists asked their victims to name Mohammed’s mother to tell apart the non-Muslims from the Muslims. In Luxor, Egypt, the terrorists danced, sang and killed and mutilated the foreign tourists. They “took all the young women, the girls, and disappeared with them. I don’t know where they went with the women, but they hurt them. We could hear screams of pain.” Among the dead was Shaunnah Turner, a 5-year-old British girl.

Pregnant women and children murdered in Israel baffle the world. They seem implausible because each time they happen, we forget. A few days of horror pass and we move on.

When a Muslim terrorist set off a bomb in Manchester at a concert full of children and teens, there was shock and outrage. Nails were pulled out of children’s faces.

“This attack stands out for its appalling, sickening cowardice, deliberately targeting innocent, defenceless children and young people,” then Prime Minister Theresa May fumed.

That was 6 years ago. It might have been an eternity.

Our governments, talking heads and thought leaders find excuses for the killers [and still continue to import more of their kind into the Christian West]. The Manchester Arena bomber was angry about the Syrian Civil War so he killed some British kids. Abu Sayyaf, ‘Bearers of the Sword’, keeps attacking Christian schools in the Philippines because it isn’t allowed to form its own state. The Jihadis who murdered children in Beslan were furious about Chechnya, in Nairobi, they were upset about Somalia, and in Luxor about the ban on the Muslim Brotherhood. In Israel, Hamas murdered children because the border wall makes their terror entity into an “open air prison” which prevents them from killing Israeli children.

We’re told not to look at the pattern. It’s Islamophobic. Instead we must take each attack not as a manifestation of Islam, but of local issues or a response to oppression. When Muslims gang raped and sawed in half a Hindu schoolteacher in Kashmir, it was about India’s treatment of Muslims. And when they rampaged through the Bataclan theater in Paris, killing everyone within reach, they were protesting France’s treatment of ISIS. And when they rape a woman at a concert in Israel by the bodies of her murdered friends, they’re protesting for Gaza.

But in 1929, Muslim mobs in the Jewish city of Safed burst into an orphanage and “smashed the children’s heads and cut off their hands.” During the Hebron Massacre that same year, a British policeman described how, “on hearing screams in a room I went up a sort of tunnel passage and saw an Arab in the act of cutting off a child’s head with a sword. He had already hit him and was having another cut, but on seeing me he tried to aim the stroke at me, but missed; he was practically on the muzzle of my rifle. I shot him low in the groin.”

Israel had not even come into existence yet. What were Muslims protesting then: Jews?

During the first siege of Vienna in 1529, when the invading Muslim horde decided that “children were cut out of their mothers’ wombs and stuck on pikes”, was that a protest against colonialism or capitalism? When a Muslim chronicle boasted that during the genocide against the Sikhs in the 18th century, “the shrieks of the women captives who were being raped, deafened the ears of the people”, was this a response to globalism or Zionism? Or was this just Islam.

Everything Hamas did during the bloody High Holy Days massacres has been done by Muslims throughout history and is still being practiced today. There is nothing new here whatsoever. Medieval barbarism never went away because Islam kept those grisly practices alive. It endures side by side with the modern world of smartphones, electric cars and AI because its worst crimes are an object of religious law and faith.

A Yazidi girl abducted by the Islamic State when she was only 12 described how the Jihadist who raped her explained to her that because she “practiced a religion other than Islam, the Quran not only gave him the right to rape her — it condoned and encouraged it”. He “bound her hands and gagged her. Then he knelt beside the bed and prostrated himself in prayer before getting on top of her. When it was over, he knelt to pray again”. The girl begged him to stop, but he “said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to Allah.”

This is Islam.

It’s not about Israel, India, Russia, America, England, France, the Philippines or any of the numerous other countries that have been marked by Islamic terrorism. It’s not about “oppression”, “colonialism”, “settlers”, “cartoons” or a lack of “integration”. None of the excuses ever hold up or explain the pattern that consistently and indelibly marks Islamic violence.

Hamas called its assault, ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’, a reference to the colonial mosque planted by Islamic conquerors in Jerusalem on top of the holiest place in Judaism, site of the former Temple. This wasn’t about “resistance”, Gaza being an “open air concentration camp” (with luxurious hotels, restaurants and mansions) or any of the excuses that the media has thrown at us.

It was a religious war. That’s why Hamas scheduled its attack on the Sabbath and on Simchat Torah, the final day of the High Holy Days and the most joyous day in Judaism. Just as the Yom Kippur War had been scheduled for the holiest day in Judaism. And the worst previous Hamas terrorist attack had been the bombing of a Passover seder in Netanya which killed 30 and wounded 140.

In Nigeria, Boko Haram has set off bombs in churches on Christmas. In 2015, a Muslim couple opened fire at a workplace Christmas party in San Bernardino, California, while a year later a Muslim terrorist drove through a Christmas market in Berlin and a 12-year-old Muslim boy tried to detonate a nail bomb at another Christmas market in Germany.

In India, Muslim terrorists set off bombs on the Hindu festival of Diwali. Massacring Christians, Jews and Hindus on their religious holidays is not a political statement: it’s a religious one.

Islamic terrorism is not an American problem, a British problem, a French problem, a Russian problem, a Chinese problem or an Israeli problem. It’s an Islamic problem. The only way we will ever triumph against it is to stop treating it as someone else’s problem. If only India gave up Kashmir, Israel gave up more of the West Bank, if America stopped being involved in the Middle East, if France hadn’t banned the hijab and the Netherlands hadn’t allowed cartoons of Mohammed, there would be no Islamic terrorism are the kinds of lies that are killing us.

We are not responsible for Islamic terrorism. None of us. Only Islam is responsible.

Islamic violence is over 1,000 years old. It predates most modern countries and it is not caused by anything we do. The only thing we are guilty of is our failure to smash the Jihad.

Nothing that we or anyone else does will appease the terrorists. Islam is not Northern Ireland: peace negotiations have never accomplished and will never accomplish anything. It cannot be reasoned or co-existed with. Its violence is a religious duty written into its scripture and its laws, its atrocities, murder, torture, mutilation and rape, are acts of sacred religious devotion. The Islamic kingdom of heaven can only be achieved when the entire world submits to Islam.

The horrors we have seen in the Jewish communities near Gaza are the same ones that Islam has perpetrated across Africa, Asia, Europe and America. In Nigeria, Boko Haram has kidnapped over 1,000 children from Christian schools. In the Philippines, Muslims burst into a school and took children hostage. In Algeria, they beheaded Trappist monks while in Thailand, they beheaded Buddhist monks. In Boston, they blew the legs off marathon runners while in France they drove a truck through a crowd on Bastille Day until the wheel well filled up with body parts.

This is grotesque, hideous, horrific and unimaginable. This is Islam.

We look away because we can’t bear it. When the attacks happen somewhere else, we pretend that it has nothing to do with us. And when it happens to us, then we let ourselves be persuaded that if we just avoided doing anything to upset the Muslims, like allying with the peoples and countries they’re trying to exterminate, drawing cartoons or mishandling korans, we’ll be fine.

It’s not a problem of “those people fighting over there and bringing their problems here.”

Islam is not just at war with us or with them, but with the entire world. If you are not a Muslim or the right kind of Muslim, then you are in a war whether you like it or not. You can be a peace activist and march with a ‘Queers for Palestine’ banner. You can welcome in migrants or blame the whole thing on conspiracy theories, but it still won’t matter. They will kill you if they can.

This is not about politics: it’s a thousand plus year crusade to subjugate all of mankind.

To win, we have to stop blaming ourselves, stop treating Islamic terrorism as someone else’s problem and stop pretending that it goes away when it’s not in the headlines. To win, we have to stand together and stop letting the enemies of mankind and their useful idiots divide us up. To win we have to recognize that we either fight or die. If we’re not faced with that choice right now, we will be, and if not us, then our children and grandchildren will one day come up against it.

We must reject terms like “senseless violence” because there is nothing senseless about it. Our enemies know who they are and what they want. We refuse to understand who they are. The only thing truly standing between us and victory are the lies that we tell ourselves. In moments of truth, the lies temporarily fall away and we see the enemy revealed for what it is.

Through a rain of paper and ash on a September in New York City, nails driven into the faces of children in Manchester and the mutilated legs of runners in Boston, the bloodied half-naked children of Beslan and the kidnapped children of kibbutzim in Israel, we glimpse the truth.

Hold on to that truth. We are not weak, we have been weakened by lies. And the greatest of those lies is that this endless catalog of crimes to which a new one is added every few weeks is about anything but Islam. It is about Islam. It has been about Islam for over 1,000 years.

Instead of “regional dispute”, say Islam. Instead of “cycle of violence”, say Islam. Instead of militants, say Islam. Instead of terrorists, say Islam. Instead of war, say Islam.

One little word explains all of this. One little world has led to an endless world of horror.

Has Neuroscience Found the Key to What Caused Zombie Nation? My Foreword to Bombshell New Book, ‘The Indoctrinated Brain’

[...] Many of us have noted that our loved ones and colleagues have changed. Post- mRNA injection rollout, we notice that people who were highly educated critical thinkers, have become unable to think outside of two simple binaries. We watch in astonishment as formerly sophisticated loved ones and friends regurgitate talking points with no self-awareness. We wonder why there is a sense of something inchoately missing when we sit with a vaccinated or COVID-fearful friend. We cannot fathom what has caused this sea change.

Dr. Nehls’s hypothesis can explain it. “The Indoctrinated Brain introduces a largely unknown, powerful neurobiological mechanism whose externally induced dysfunction underlies these catastrophic developments,” as the publisher notes.

This argument utterly accords with what many of us are seeing, to our horror, every day. Dr. Nehls’s The Indoctrinated Brain is an indispensable book because it applies neuroscience to politics and especially to the politics of fascism. The need for that has existed for as long as modern fascism has existed.

Neuroscience should be applied to politics and to social change, but it is rare indeed when those fields of analysis meet. By bringing these fields of knowledge together and mapping neurological science against propaganda, and vice versa, Dr. Nehls brings vast new insights to the reader that would not have been attainable previously.

After you read The Indoctrinated Brain, you will think: Of course. Of course, the propaganda of the past few years must have been predicated upon intensive study of the brain and its reactions. Of course, the hundreds of millions of dollars that were recently spent and are currently being spent by the US and other governments on behavioral science and behavior modification would result in insights that would be applied by the US and other governments to making populations more tractable, less able to reason, less creative and more compliant. Why else would they so heavily have invested in such studies? Of course, the constant messaging, especially about fear, over the past three years, would have an effect that is not just about public health or perhaps not at all about public health—but that it is rather about making humans in free societies more tractable—with public health as the excuse, the proxy, for this deployment of life-altering and consciousness-altering fear. It is not the fear porn about the specific scary thing that matters, Dr. Nehls persuasively argues here: the fear itself is deliverable. The fear itself changes and indeed damages the brain.

I’ve long been interested in the psychiatric effects and, as I guessed, intentionalities behind “lockdowns” and “pandemic” messaging. But I did not have the neuroscientific background to understand exactly what was being done to people via “lockdowns” and the “fear porn” of the pandemic years related to the virus—to other human beings.

Through my study of the psychiatric effects of torture and isolation, that I took on for a book about closing democracies, I realized that isolation causes profound and sometimes permanent changes in the brain. I knew intuitively in the post-9/11, “Global War on Terror” years, that constant fear would wear down faculties needed for critical thinking. And I applied those insights to the isolation and fear messaging of 2020–22. But I did not have the complete picture.

This book provides it. It is the “aha” hypothetical for our time.
