No, you do not deserve what you have. You probably stole it.”

“The big lie is that they're impressive. That's what the big lie is
that the people in charge have somehow earned the
right to rule over you, and they haven't.”

“No fair system would make Liz Cheney powerful. No fair system
would make Larry Fink rich. No fair system would elevate

NEW NORMAL GERMANY IS A TOTALITARIAN
REGIME WITH A TOUCH OF FASCISM

GUILTY

So, the Berlin Appellate Court overturned my acquittal today. I am now, officially, at least according to the New Normal German authorities, a “hate-speech” criminal. I’m officially a “hate-speech” criminal because I compared New Normal Germany to Nazi Germany, and I challenged the official Covid narrative, and I used the cover art of my book to do it.

The New Normal German authorities didn’t like that, and were determined to punish me for doing that, and to make an example of me, in order to discourage other people from doing that. It took them two tries, but they pulled it off. The judge in my original trial screwed up and acquitted me, but the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s office didn’t give up. They appealed the verdict — yes, they can do that in Germany — and this morning the Appellate Court overturned the verdict and declared me guilty.

I’ll report on all the ugly details of my day in court in a proper column sometime later this week, when I’ve sufficiently recovered from the hangover I am currently about to start working on.

I’ll also be resurrecting my legal defense fund and telling you about that in my next column, because the only recourse my attorney and I have left at this point is to try to get the German Constitutional Court (i.e., Germany’s supreme court) to hear the case.

In the meantime, I wanted to share my Statement to the Appellate Court. Here it is.

Statement to the Berlin Appellate Court, September 30, 2024

Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is CJ Hopkins. I am an award-winning playwright, author, and political satirist. My work is read by hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. For over thirty years, I have written and spoken out against fascism, authoritarianism, totalitarianism, and so on. Anyone can do an Internet search, find my books, reviews of my plays, my essays, and learn who I am and what my political views are in five minutes.

And yet, I am accused by the German authorities of spreading pro-Nazi propaganda. I’m accused of doing this because I posted two Tweets challenging the official Covid narrative and comparing the new, nascent form of totalitarianism it has brought into being — the so-called “New Normal” — to Nazi Germany.

Let me be clear. I did that. In August 2022, as Germany was debating whether to end its Covid mask mandates, I tweeted those two Tweets. I challenged the official Covid narrative. I compared the New Normal to Nazi Germany. I did that with the cover art of one of my books. I did what anyone is allowed to do according to German law. I did what Karl Lauterbach has done. I did what German celebrities like Jessica Berlin have done. I did what major German newspapers and magazines have done.

A few months ago, Stern and Der Spiegel published covers of their magazines featuring swastikas. Der Spiegel’s cover featured exactly the same artistic concept as my book cover and my Tweets. The only difference is, the swastika on Der Spiegel’s cover is behind a German flag, whereas the swastika on my book cover and in my Tweets is behind a medical mask. That’s it. That is the only difference.

Stern and Der Spiegel displayed swastikas on their covers in order to warn the public of the rise of a new form of totalitarianism, and that is precisely what I did. I compared the New Normal — i.e., the new nascent form of totalitarianism that came into being in 2020 — to Nazi Germany. Stern and Der Spiegel compared the AfD to Nazi Germany. That is the only difference.

I’m not a fan of the AfD. I’m not a fan of Stern and Der Spiegel. That doesn’t matter. Stern and Der Spiegel have the right to do what they did, and so do I. That right is guaranteed to us in the German constitution. We all have the right, if we see a new form of totalitarianism taking shape, to oppose it, and to compare it to historical forms of totalitarianism, including Nazi Germany.

I don’t follow German electoral politics very closely, so I don’t know exactly what the AfD has done that prompted Stern and Der Spiegel to compare them to the Nazis. But I know exactly what the German authorities did during 2020 to 2023.

In 2020, the German authorities declared a national state of emergency, for which they provided no concrete evidence, and suspended constitutional rights. Nazi Germany also did that, in March 1933. From 2020 to 2022, the German authorities forced people to wear symbols of their conformity to the official ideology and perform humiliating public-loyalty rituals. The Nazis also did that. The current German authorities banned protests against their arbitrary decrees. With the help of the media, they bombarded the German masses with lies and propaganda designed to terrorize the public into unquestioning obedience. They segregated society according to who was and wasn’t conforming to official ideology. They censored political dissent. They stripped people of their jobs because they refused to conform to official ideology and follow senseless orders. The German authorities fomented mass hatred of a “scapegoat” class of people. They demonized and persecuted critics of the government’s decrees. They dispatched police to beat them and arrest them. They have instrumentalized the law to punish political dissidents. Nazi Germany also did all these things, as have most other totalitarian systems. I documented all this in my book. I spoke out against it. I published essays about it. I tweeted about it.

My punishment for that has been … well, here I am, on trial in criminal court for the second time. The German authorities had my Tweets censored. They reported me to the Federal Criminal Police Office. They reported me to The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the German domestic Intelligence agency. My book is banned in Germany. The German authorities investigated me. They prosecuted me. They put me on trial for tweeting. After I was acquitted, that wasn’t enough, so they have put me on trial again. They defamed me. They have damaged my income and reputation as an author. They have forced me to spend thousands of Euros in legal fees to defend myself against these clearly ridiculous charges. And today, I, and my lawyer, and all the people in the gallery, have been subjected to this official show of force and treated like potential terrorists.

Why, rational people might ask, have I been subjected to this special treatment, while Der Spiegel, Stern, Die Tageszeitung, and many others who have also tweeted swastikas, have not?

This is not a mystery. Everyone knows the answer to this question.

You are not fooling anyone. Everyone understands exactly what this prosecution actually is. Every journalist that has covered my case, everyone in this courtroom, understands what this prosecution actually is. It has nothing to do with punishing people who disseminate pro-Nazi propaganda. It is about punishing political dissent, and intimidating critics into silence. I’m not here because I put a swastika on my book cover. I am here because I put it behind a “Covid” mask. I am here because I dared to criticize the German authorities. I am here because I refused to shut up and follow orders.

At my first trial, I appealed to the judge to stop this game and follow the law. She did that. She needed to publicly insult me, and then put on a “Covid” mask to display her allegiance to the “New Normal,” but she acquitted me. She followed the law. And I thanked her. But I will not appeal to this Court. I’m tired of this game. If this Court wanted to follow the law, I wouldn’t be here today. The Court would have dismissed the Prosecution’s ridiculous arguments in its motion to overturn the verdict. You didn’t do that. So I’m not going to appeal to this Court for justice. Or expect justice.

Go ahead. Do whatever you feel you need to do to me. Fine me. Send me to prison. Bankrupt me. Whatever. I will not pretend that I am guilty of anything to make your punishment stop. I will not lie for you. I will not obey you because you threaten me, because you have the power to hurt me.

You have that power. I get it. Everyone gets it. The German authorities have the power to punish those who criticize them, who expose their hypocrisy, their lies. We all get the message. But that is not how things work in democratic societies. That is how things work in totalitarian systems.

I will not cooperate with that. I refuse to live that way.

As long as the German authorities continue to claim that Germany is a democratic country, which respects the rule of law and democratic principles, I will continue to behave like that is what it is. I will not be bullied. I will insist on my constitutional rights. I will continue to respect democratic principles and fight to preserve them. The German authorities can make a mockery of those rights and the rule of law and democratic principles if they want. I will not. Not for the Berlin Prosecutor. Not for this Court. Not for the German authorities. Not for anyone.

Totalitarianism, authoritarianism, tyranny, never win. Not in the long run. History teaches us that. And it is history that will judge us all in the end.

ASSANGE WAS THROWN INTO A DUNGEON BECAUSE HE KNEW
THAT RUSSIA DID NOT HACK THE DNC EMAILS.

"Wolves In MAGA Hats": Assange Details CIA's War Against Him In First Remarks Since Gaining Freedom

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange this week traveled to Strasbourg, France for his first ever public remarks since gaining his freedom in June, after his many years-long ordeal in the Ecuadorian Embassy and then Belmarsh Prison in London. His speech was given Tuesday before the legal affairs and human rights committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The assembly subsequently issued a formal resolution recognizing Assange as a 'political prisoner' and highlighted the chilling effect on journalism worldwide that his case caused. The US government spent years pursuing his extradition, and at one point there were even alleged assassination plans hatched by US operatives.

Among the more interesting and illuminating parts of his speech included a detailed retelling of how the CIA waged war against him personally, especially under the Trump administration, given that "Trump appointed two wolves in MAGA hats. Mike Pompeo, a Kansas Congressman and former arms executive as CIA director and William Barr, a former CIA officer as US attorney general." Assange further talked about how the CIA has infiltrated European governments and institutions via sophisticated software later exposed by WikiLeaks, and how this unleashed further government retribution against him and whistleblowers. His full speech is below.

Julian Assange’s address to the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), with transcript following:

VIDEO: IN FULL: Julian Assange makes first public statement since prison release

Ladies and gentlemen, the transition from years of confinement in a maximum security prison to being here before the representatives of 46 nations and 700 million people is a profound and a surreal shift. The experience of isolation for years in a small cell is difficult to convey. It strips away one sense of self, leaving only the raw essence of existence.

I’m yet not fully equipped to speak about what I have endured. The relentless struggle to stay alive, both physically and mentally. Nor can I speak yet about the death by hanging, murder and medical neglect of my fellow prisoners.

I apologize in advance if my words falter, or if my presentation lacks the polish you might expect from such a distinguished forum. Isolation has taken its toll. Which I am trying to unwind. And expressing myself in this setting is a challenge. However, the gravity of this occasion and the weight of the issues at hand compel me to set aside my reservations and speak to you directly.

I have traveled a long way, literally and figuratively, to be before you today. Before our discussion or answering any questions you might have. I wish to thank PACE for its 2020 resolution, which stated that my imprisonment set a dangerous precedent for journalists. I noted that the U.N. Special Rapporteur on torture called for my release. I’m also grateful for Pace’s 2021 statement, expressing concern over credible reports that U.S. officials discussed my assassination again, calling for my prompt release, and I commend the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee for commissioning a renowned rapporteur.

Sooner I will start to investigate the circumstance surrounding my detention and conviction, and the consequent implications for human rights. However, like so many of the efforts made in my case, whether they were from parliamentarians, presidents, prime ministers, the pope, U.N. officials and diplomats, unions, legal and medical professionals, academics, activists or citizens, none of them should have been necessary.

None of the statements, resolutions, reports, films, articles, events, fundraisers, protests and letters over the last 14 years should have been necessary. But all of them were necessary because without them, I never would have seen the light of day. This unprecedented global effort was needed because the legal protections of the legal protections that did exist, many existed only on paper when not effective in any remotely reasonable time.

On the Plea Deal

I eventually chose freedom over and realizable justice. After being detained for years and facing 175 year sentence with no effective remedy. Justice for me is now precluded, as the U.S. government insisted in writing into its plea agreement that I cannot filed a case at the European Court of Human Rights or even the Freedom of Information Act request over what it did to me as a result of its extradition request.

I want to be totally clear. I am not free today because the system worked. I am free today after years of incarceration because I pled guilty to journalism. I pled guilty to seeking information from a source. I pled guilty to obtaining information from a source. And I pled guilty to informing the public what that information was. I did not plead guilty to anything else.

I hope my testimony today can serve to highlight the weakness, the weaknesses of the existing safeguards and to help those whose cases are less visible but who are equally vulnerable. As I emerge from the dungeon of Belmarsh, the truth now seems less discernible, and I regret how much ground has been lost during that time period. How expressing the truth has been undermined, attacked, weakened and diminished.

I see more impunity, more secrecy, more retaliation for telling the truth and more self-censorship. It is hard not to draw a line from the U.S. government’s prosecution of me. It’s crossing. Crossing the Rubicon by internationally criminalizing journalism to the true climate for freedom of expression that exists now.

On WikiLeaks’ Work

When I founded WikiLeaks, it was driven by a simple dream to educate people about how the world works, so that through understanding, we might bring about something better. Having a map of where we are lets us understand where we might go. Knowledge empowers us to hold power to account and to demand justice where there is none. We obtained and published truth about tens of thousands of hidden casualties of war and other unseen horrors about programs of assassination, rendition, torture and mass surveillance.

We revealed not just when and where these things happened, but frequently the policies, the agreements and the structures behind them. When we published Collateral Murder, the infamous gotten camera footage of a U.S. Apache helicopter crew eagerly blowing to pieces Iraqi journalists and their rescuers. The visual reality of modern warfare shocked the world, so we also used interest in this video to direct people to the classified policies for when the U.S. military could deploy lethal force in Iraq.

How many civilians could be and how many civilians could be killed before gaining higher approval? In fact, 40 years of my potential 175 year sentence was for obtaining and releasing those policies.

The practical political vision I was left with after being immersed in the world’s dirty wars and secret operations, is simple. Let us stop gagging, torturing, and killing each other for a change. Get these fundamentals right and other political, economic and scientific processes that have space to educate. We’ll have space to take care of the rest.

WikiLeaks work was deeply rooted in the principles that this Assembly stands for. Our journalism elevated freedom of information and the public’s right to know. It found its natural operational home in Europe. I lived in Paris and we had formal corporate registrations in France and in Iceland. A journalistic and technical staff was spread throughout Europe. We publish to the world from servers based in France, in Germany and in Norway.

Manning’s Arrests

But 14 years ago, the United States military arrested one of our lead whistleblowers, Private First Class Manning, a U.S. intelligence analyst based in Iraq. The U.S. government concurrently launched an investigation against me and my colleagues. The U.S. government illicitly sent planes of agents to Iceland, paid bribes to an informant to steal our legal and journalistic work product and without formal process, pressured banks and financial services to block our subscriptions and to freeze our accounts.

The U.K. government took part in some of this retribution. It admitted at the European Court of Human Rights that it had unlawfully spied on my U.K. lawyers during this time.

Ultimately, this harassment was legally groundless. President Obama’s Justice Department chose not to indict me. Recognizing that no crime had been committed, the United States had never before prosecuted a publisher for publishing or obtaining government information. To do so would require a radical and ominous reinterpretation of the U.S. Constitution. In January 2017, Obama also commuted the sentence of Manning, who had been convicted of being one of my sources.

CIA’s Retribution

However, in February 2017, the landscape changed dramatically. President Trump had been elected. He appointed two wolves in MAGA hats. Mike Pompeo, a Kansas congressman and former arms industry executive, as C.I.A. director, and William Barr, a former C.I.A. officer, as U.S. attorney general.

By March 2017, WikiLeaks had exposed the C.I.A.’s infiltration of fringe political parties. Its spying on French and German leaders, its spying on the European Central Bank, European economic ministries, and its standing orders to spy on French on the street as a whole. We revealed the C.I.A.’s vast production of malware and viruses, its subversion of supply chains. Its subversion of antivirus software, cars, smart TVs and iPhones.

C.I.A. Director Pompeo launched a campaign of retribution. It is now a matter of public record that under Pompeo’s explicit direction, the C.I.A. drew up plans to kidnap and to assassinate me within the Ecuadorean Embassy in London and authorize going after my European colleagues, subjecting us to theft, hacking attacks and the planting of false information. My wife and my infant son were also targeted.

A C.I.A. asset was permanently assigned to track my wife. And instructions were given to obtain DNA from my six month old son’s nappy. This is the testimony of more than 30 current and former U.S. intelligence officials speaking to the U.S. press, which has been additionally corroborated by records seized and the prosecution brought against some of the C.I.A. agents involved.

The C.I.A. is targeting of myself, my family and my associates through aggressive, extrajudicial and extraterritorial means. Provides a rare insight into how powerful intelligence organizations engage in transnational repression. Such repressions are not unique. What is unique is that we know so much about this one. Due to numerous whistleblowers and to judicial investigations in Spain.

This assembly is no stranger to extraterritorial abuses by the C.I.A.. Pace’s groundbreaking report on C.I.A. renditions in Europe exposed how the C.I.A. operated secret detention centers and conducted unlawful renditions on European soil, violating human rights and international law. In February this year, the alleged source of some of our C.I.A. revelations, former C.I.A. officer Joshua Schulte, was sentenced to 40 years in prison under conditions of extreme isolation.

His windows are blacked out and a white noise machine plays 24 hours a day over his door so that he cannot even shout through it. These conditions are more severe than those found in Guantanamo Bay.

But transnational repression is also conducted by abusing legal processes. The lack of effective safeguards against this means that Europe is vulnerable to having its mutual legal assistance and expedition treaties hijacked by foreign powers to go after dissenting voices in Europe. In Michael Pompeo’s memoirs, which I read in my prison cell, the former C.I.A. director bragged about how he pressured the U.S. attorney general to bring an extradition case against me in response to our publications about the C.I.A..

Indeed, acceding to Pompeo’s requests, the U.S. attorney general reopened the investigation against me that Obama had closed and re-arrested Manning, this time as a witness, and he was held in a prison for over a year, fined $1,000 a day. In a formal attempt to coerce her into providing secret testimony against me, she ended up attempting to take her own life.

We usually think of attempts to force journalists to testify against their sources. But Manning was now a source being forced to testify against the journalist.

By December 2017, C.I.A. Director Pompeo had got his way and the U.S. government issued a warrant to the U.K. for my extradition. The U.K. government kept the warrant secret from the public for two more years, while it, the U.S. government and the new president of Ecuador moved to shape the political, legal and the diplomatic grounds for my arrest.

When powerful nations feel entitled to target individuals beyond their borders, those individuals do not stand a chance unless there are strong safeguards in place and a state willing to enforce them without this. No individual has a hope of defending themselves against the vast resources that a state aggressor can deploy.

If the situation were not already bad enough, in my case, the U.S. government asserted a dangerous, dangerous new global legal position. Only U.S. citizens have free speech rights. Europeans and other nationalities do not have free speech rights, but the U.S. claims its Espionage Act still applies to them, regardless of where they are. So Europeans in Europe must obey the U.S. secrecy law with no defenses at all.

As far as the U.S. government is concerned, an American in Paris can talk about what the U.S. government is up to. Perhaps, but for a Frenchman in Paris, to do so is a crime with no defense. And he may be extradited, just like me.

Criminalizing News-Gathering

Now that one foreign government has formally asserted that Europeans have no free speech rights, a dangerous precedent has been set. Other powerful states will inevitably follow suit. The war in Ukraine has already seen the criminalization of journalists in Russia. But based on the precedent set in my expedition, there is nothing to stop Russia or indeed any other state from targeting European journalists, publishers or even social media users by claiming that their domestic secrecy laws have been violated.

The rights of journalists and publishers within the European space are seriously threatened.

Transnational repression cannot become the norm here. As one of the world’s two great norms, setting institutions, PACE must act.

The criminalization of news-gathering activities is a threat to investigative journalism everywhere. I was formally convicted by a foreign power for asking, for receiving and publishing truthful information about that power. While I was in Europe.

The fundamental issue is simple journalists should not be prosecuted for doing their jobs. Journalism is not a crime. It is a pillar of a free and informed society.

Mr. Chairman, distinguished delegates. If Europe is to have a future where the freedom to speak and the freedom to publish the truth are not privileges enjoyed by a few, but rights guaranteed to all. Then it must act. So what has happened in my case never happens to anyone else.

I wish to express my deepest gratitude to this assembly, to the conservatives, Social Democrats, liberals, leftists, Greens and independents who have supported me throughout this ordeal and to the countless individuals who have advocated tirelessly, tirelessly for my release. Is heartening to know that in a world often divided by ideology and interests, there remains a shared commitment to the protection of essential human liberties.

Freedom of expression and all that flows from it is at a dark crossroad. I fear that unless institutions like PACE wake up to the gravity of the situation, it will be too late. Let us all commit to doing our part to ensure that the light of freedom never demands that the pursuit of truth will live on, and that the voices of the many are not silenced by the interests of the few. KHAZAR'S GLOBAL CHAOS

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROTOCOLS:
CURRENT SITUATION

The Roots of the UK Implosion and Why War is Inevitable

In a lot of my commentary I give the UK a lot of grief. I give many people a lot of grief. It’s kinda my thing.

But to remind everyone, I was one of the chief champions of Brexit, cutting my teeth hard during the endless Brexit negotiations of 2017-19, trying to explain why things were happening the way they were.

I always knew that Brexit was a fight between UK elites beholden to Davos, the same folks that overthrew Margaret Thatcher in the 1990s, and the people themselves, backed by what I’m now calling The British Remnant. This group is easy to understand, they are the group still clinging to the glory of an Empire lost and will graft themselves to whoever they have more influence with.

Neither of these groups love their native population, just to be clear. But the Remnant loves to invoke past glory to keep “Little Britain” still thinking someone cares about them. There are no good guys in this however, only villains and victims.

The heroes are few and far between. The people of the UK are victims. Their governments have been the villains. But the question always arises, is there a bigger villain?

To me that answer is yes, the EU. And I say that knowing that their desire to do away with the British Remnant is an unqualified good thing. It dovetails with what I would like to see. But I also say that knowing that those who are trying to replace the Remnant on the world stage are even worse, especially because a good portion of that British Remnant will happily cut a deal with the EU to advance its long-held agenda of global control if the US is successfully color revolution’d into splitting up.

Divide and rule. It is the prime strategic ploy of abusers, narcissists and villains. Triangulate two factions into fighting each other while you sidle up to both of them. It’s worked brilliantly for the British and their allies for hundreds of years.

So, there are a lot of mixed feelings in laying out these scenarios. Because someone is going to wriggle off the hook if things work out for the best, defined as the US surviving in its current 50-state form, the BRICS alliance forming up to unify Asia, and the post-WWII institutional order, including the old monetary system, is destroyed.

To be blunt, I give that outcome something like a 5-10% probability.

Some form of the British Remnant or the EU will survive this. Globalism will not die, but it can be weakened severely and set on a different path, one not quite so sinister. So, for today’s post I’m going to reframe my comments from that perspective, seeing the UK as a victim, trapped by their proximity and relationships with the EU.

This, of course, is not the real story, only a part of it.

So, let’s get to the meat of today’s comments:

Linked above is a pretty good video discussing the background to today’s overlapping crises in the UK. It’s worth watching for the statistics and the general arc of the story but it misses some essential elements of the larger picture.

Starting with the basics. London dominates the UK economy. Without London the UK is already an irrelevant economy. Taxes are insane, only surpassed by the regulatory burden on the middle class. I’ve talked about this in my post about the television show Clarkson’s Farm. The things Jeremy presents in that show, which I highly recommend as both entertainment and education, are just one angle on what’s been going on in the UK.

What the video misses is that all of this is purposeful policy and that policy has been very successful. They identify three shocks to the British economy that rocked it to the core: Brexit, COVID, Ukraine.

I’ll give them credit they integrated Ukraine into their analysis, few do.

Brexit

Let’s start with Brexit. While the video blames Britain’s lost decade on why the people were angry enough to vote to leave the EU, it implies this was the wrong choice. It wasn’t. Remember back to the Brexit vote and the main criticism of Brexiteers was that they were backed by big oligarchic “old money,” that it wasn’t a grassroots movement.

Nonsense, of course it was, but it was also an opportunity for The Remnant to change the course of the country, and begin triangulating between the US and Europe. The election of Donald Trump a few months later solidified that opportunity.

That was to the Remnant’s credit, but they made the now near-fatal mistake of using that opportunity to push the US, under Trump, further towards their long-stated goals of subjugating Russia, forking them from China, and getting back to their rightful business of running everything from the shadows.

The “uncertainty” over Brexit was a wholly manufactured uncertainty created by both the British government working in concert with the EU to punish the British people for ‘voting wrong.’ The Brexit ‘negotiations’ were a sham until the British people got involved, overthrowing Theresa May and bringing in Boris Johnson.

Three years it took to finally get the UK out of the EU, the drama ending in December 2019 with the election of Boris Johnson in an historic victory.

From the moment the Brexit vote was organized however that ‘uncertainty’ manifested itself in a major drop in the British pound vs. the Euro, as I presented in the Patron Market Report from 9/18.

Here’s the relevant chart again:

In currency charts the numerator directly correlates. In this case up means stronger euro and weaker pound.

The key here is that the big weakening of the pound versus the euro was a major source of inflation in the UK in the years before COVID. But, at the same time, there should have been a big investment push into the UK that created new jobs etc. because of that same weaker pound.

Trump promised this and was ready to give the UK a good trade deal which would have been excellent for the middle class.

And, guess what? The globalists within the UK political class sabotaged that at every turn. The EU dragged out negotiations for three years, ultimately lost the fight thanks to the alliance between Trump and Boris Johnson (as well as Queen Elizabeth) and the UK got all of the inflation, none of the investment, and ever increasing debt and more regulation to help ensure EU interests were protected.

Billions of euros of welfare for Brussels not a pound for “Little Britain,” who, it can’t be stressed enough, both factions despise, Davos and The Remnant.

The UK pursued a typical IMF-style austerity program, higher taxes and lowered social services to keep spending down to hold the budget deficit under a proscribed level. This is pure nonsense and, as always, prioritized sovereign bond holders at the expense of the local economy. It’s a recipe for economic destruction of the middle class.

It’s policy. And policy is a choice.

It is prima facie evidence that governments in the West are corrupt to the core. It is the exact opposite of how a country exits the debt trap from the previous round of government spending.

The better plan is to reduce taxes and spending at the same time and allowing bond yields to rise but issue far fewer of them. The budgetary cost is the same. Lower taxes invites investment which ultimately raise tax collections overall while the debt grows at a much slower rate thanks to lower spending in the long run.

They know this. And they don’t ever do it. Why? Because they hate us.

The result was a strengthening of the pound vs. the euro and threatened a breakdown of the EUR/GBP cross which would drop the EUR/GBP out of the range, forcing Europe to be competitive.

At that point a stronger pound would have been beneficial, increasing British purchasing power coupled with Trump giving the UK favorable trade terms. So, from Daovs’ perspective that had to be crushed.

When Jerome Powell took over the Fed and began raising interest rates while in 2019 US banks began refusing to take Euro-zone sovereign debt at repo collateral, pressure on Eurobond markets rose and Boris Johnson came to power taking the UK out of the EU at the end of that year.

COVID-19

Now, think about COVID-19. December 2019, Brexit gets done. Britain leaves the EU. Johnson and Trump become the main target of the globalist operation to destroy the global economy. Johnson is forced to backtrack hard on lockdowns, etc. after a couple of attempts on his life. The pound weakens again.

I’ve always viewed COVID-19 as some form of operation. I refused to even call it a pandemic because the political fallout from it was clear that this was a multi-theatre, multi-modal attack on the foundations of society itself. In the past I’ve discussed COVID from the perspective of it forcing the Federal Reserve back to the zero-bound after the US Treasury markets go ‘bidless.’ How does that happen?

Not without help, that’s how.

As the video points out, serious damage is done to the UK labor market as the promises of Brexit never materialize. It never recovers. Why? Because the EU refuses to allow investment into the UK because it is no longer a member state. With Trump dealing with COVID and a de facto lame duck, nothing was going to happen on Capitol Hill to help the UK break free of this economic stranglehold the EU placed them in.

They just ran the operation, ran out the clock on Trump, with the intention to getting everything back on track. Brexit and Trump, as I’ve said for years, forced Davos to bring forward their timetable from 2030 to 2020. And, in the end, it will be their undoing, but man, have they fucked up the world in the process.

After Trump is deposed and there is no trade deal, a strengthening pound will now retard foreign investment. Johnson gets crushed. Powell starts raising rates. The Bank of England raises ahead of him, crushing the pound and further eroding the British budget.

Once Powell starts raising hard, Lagarde announces the TPI to protect bond spreads and the currency band, meaning she is going to further tilt the board in her favor, as I’ve discussed in countless posts and interviews.

The whole euro-zone goes on a UST buying spree to keep the US dollar from rising too fast and keep both City of London and EU banks from imploding. If Gilt and Bund prices fall too far then we’ll have a banking crisis in both places.

It should be clear at this point that both the BoE and the ECB are on the offensive against their respective middle classes to foment the very currency crisis that we’re on the verge of.

2021 is the year in which the US, through the Fed, begins tightening the noose on both of them, first by draining excess dollar liquidity globally through the Reverse Repo facility and then, after Powell’s reconfirmation as FOMC Chair through raising interest rates and quantitative tightening.

Ukraine War

Lastly we get the war in Ukraine, which, as Alex Krainer has pointed out, the UK guaranteed billions in IMF loans to Ukraine to fight the war. After reading Alex’s post linked above, I really recommend Podcast Episode #190 for more detail.

In the context of all of this it should come as no surprise, in hindsight, that NATO was pushing for this war in late 2021/early 2022. At that point they figured Powell was dead in the water, with Biden at the helm, and the insider trading scandal at the Fed robbing him of his lieutenants, Kaplan, Carida, and Rosengren. Build Back Better and the Infrastructure bills would force Powell to stay at the zero-bound while war broke out.

In hindsight, February 2022 is a major turning point in this story. In the same week we get Powell’s confirmation hearing and Putin surprises everyone by starting the war early. So, now, the plan which was to throw unlimited money at Ukraine at the zero-bound would now have to be funded at much higher rates, making it that much more difficult for the UK and the EU to finance their latest war for Asian physical collateral using US weaponry.

Liz Truss tried to implement a budget that would make the country energy self-sufficient and we get the Gilt crisis of Sept. 2022 because that budget looks unsustainable in the current rate environment. Davos activates Blackrock who begins pulling investments from British pension funds. This is effectively blackmailing the Bank of England who has to bail them out to the tune of 160 billion pounds, according to Mr. Krainer’s analysis.

That brought down Truss’ government and it was timed with the death of Queen Elizabeth II. The last gasp of the Remnant was swept away. Charles ascends to the throne and begins the last phase of the destruction of the old British economy on behalf of his Davos handlers/benefactors/jailors… whatever.

The video makes too big a point about the resultant labor deficit in the UK which was, like all of this, a manufactured outcome from the entire scheme to punish the country for Brexit. The EU warned Britons about this. They warned the US against voting for Trump. They will not stop until they have destroyed everything.

Rishi Sunak is brought in to maintain the current path to undermine Brexit by further saddling the country with unsustainable taxes, low purchasing power, more climate change/DEI/ESG bullshit to retard investment and prep the country for Keir Starmer. Sunak was brought in to destroy the Tories and prep the country for one party rule.

What set a lot of this in motion was Putin going for the decapitation strike on Kiev ahead of schedule. Putin did what he wasn’t supposed to do… go first and invite the cheap moralizing of Davos and the West.

Everyone plays word games to justify the hardcore geopolitics of the war but the framework is the same. The war was scheduled. It was inevitable. By going first with the wrong army for the task, Putin, achieves the most important strategic goal, forcing NATO and the West into fighting in the Donbass on his terms, not theirs.

They will now have to settle into a protracted and expensive meat grinder. And here is where the Remnant made their fatal mistake, by telling Ukrainian President Zelenskyy to stay the course and not surrender in March 2022 in Istanbul. By guaranteeing support to Ukraine via the debt issued for Ukraine to fight the war both Davos and the Remnant are at that moment pot-committed to playing this game out to the bitter end.

Putin knows that the longer this goes on, the worse it gets for both the UK ,with Brexit fully compromised and hundreds of billions in loan guarantees it can’t credibly back, and the EU, who are dealing with political revolts in their core economies — Germany, France and Italy.

The only way out for them is for the US to fully commit to the Ukraine war militarily through NATO.

And that brings us to the events of July of 2024. This was the schedule on the Gantt chart in Brussels.

  • Sunak is deposed on US Independence day, just to rub our noses in it. Davos buttplug Keir Starmer comes to power and immediately begins the final betrayal of Little Britain.
  • Emmanuel Macron in France loses but just well enough to remain in power with his opposition canceling each other out.
  • Trump was scheduled to be assassinated in the 2nd week of July.
  • Biden removed from the scene after the debate, and the keys to the castle handed to Queen-heir-apparent Kamala Harris.
  • But a miracle occurred. Trump survived.

The buying spree in the US bond market had to intensify after that to finally force Powell to cut rates. But he held his water in July, waiting for the Bank of Japan to make their move on the last day of the month.

The Fed held rates high until last week. The bond market still sold off.

Now, with the end of LIBOR the BoE is trying to figure out how to survive and was forced to not cut at the September meeting.

So, now, with all of that in your head, let’s look at these past 2 years from the perspective of UK 10 year spreads versus their adversaries at Davos — the EU and the Biden Administration

First up UK/German 10 year spreads:

From the time Yellen went to China and had her magical mushroom moment, her compatriot at the ECB, Lagarde began sitting on credit spreads. At the time we all thought it was to contain Germany vs. Italy. But that wouldn’t hold together for long without help from a bigger market, in this case, the US.

But Powell was on a mission to send rates higher. So, enter Yellen who supports Lagarde at every turn to manage the supply and demand for US 10-year notes to keep a lid on German yields. And yet, in the past few weeks, since Powell began cutting and Ukraine defaulted on its IMF debt which the UK guarantees, referring back to Mr. Krainer, Gilt/Bund spreads are blowing out beyond Lagarde’s carefully constrained ranges at the same time the EUR/GBP is threatening to break down out of a 7-year range.

Now let’s look at the same events from Yellenville:

Note that both times that UK 10-years went +60 bps from US 10-years, something massive happened. Yellen went to China. I called it then saying that the reason for that was to save Europe’s hide getting China to stop selling US bonds to move price. China agreed and the TIC report is clear. China’s holdings of US debt have bounced around between $750 and $800 billion for more than a year.

What was the quid pro quo? No further NATO prospects for Ukraine. Credit crisis in G-7 debt avoided.

From the UK’s perspective, especially that of the British Remnant that is desperately clinging to their future, Yellen’s Yield Curve Control (YCC) began the process of blowing out those spreads towards that fateful +60 bps level.

It’s accelerated since July with Starmer at the helm, Trump surviving, etc.

So, now, if you are Davos and you are trying to destroy both of your enemies — the US and the Remnant — wouldn’t you keep them running on auto-pilot into wars neither can fight?

Or if you’re the Remnant, wouldn’t you try to get the US to fight your battles for you to send the signal to the bond holders of your debt that the plan is still working and soon, very soon, Russia will collapse and we’ll have all the collateral and rebuilding contracts and cash flow you could ever desire to pay back those measly couple hundred billion in loans. There are tens of trillions on the table in a winning scenario.

The Current State of Affairs

When you see the current UK government cut deals with Ukraine pledging support for another century we all laugh, thinking, “The UK isn’t going to be a thing in 100 years.” When you see Starmer and EU Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen do a lovey-dovey photo op on the sidelines of the UN meeting where Zelenskyy is given the rock star treatment we laugh and say, “Oh look, two has-beens on another reunion tour.”

War is the only path they see out of this. Their power rests on being able to convince bold holders there’s a path to paying back the debt. It’s why there couldn’t be political fractiousness in the UK. The Tories had to be destroyed to bring ‘unity’ under Starmer. The same goes in the EU, they need everyone brought to heel, which is why Macron wouldn’t leave power, and why AfD in Germany will never be allowed into any state government coalitions.

They will be forcibly disbanded before that ever happens.

Both Davos and The Remnant have to capture the Donbass at a minimum to balance the gameboard. Russia, at this point, is a stretch goal. They haven’t fully admitted this to themselves or to us, but I think it’s pretty clear.

And that’s why Israel is attacking in every direction. It’s why Zelenskyy begged the G-7 to allow him to send missiles to Moscow. It’s why Russian ammo dumps were hit with British built and French designed Storm Shadow missiles.

It’s why Biden was sidelined during the last four months of the campaign to keep the Neocon Zio-crazies at the State Dept. under Antony Blinken in charge. War is their only answer otherwise it’s default without the justification. So, Iran and/or Russia have to escalate to turn this again into the Great Chest Beating to destroy the implacable evil of Putler and the Mullahs.

But nothing is settled yet. They continue to act as if nothing has happened which will alter their plans. Think back to July and there was this eerie calm they all had between the Trump/Biden debate and the shooting in Butler, PA. It’s still there.

Are they fronting strength while they are screaming inside that it’s all about to collapse?

Or are there other fallback plans in place that are up on the Gantt chart at Evil Corp Central?

I think it’s both really.

The UK is truly in a very precarious position. Starmer is trying everything he can to deliver a broken UK to a rapacious EU. The EU is doing everything they can to ensure the US slides into a similarly desperate condition. Both want us to fight their wars for them.

If you look at the policies of the Biden administration, especially at the agency level, you see a similar state of affairs as you do in the UK. From Genzler at SEC to Samantha Power at USAID, to Merrick Garland at Justice or ButtGiggler at Transportation, it’s the same refrain over and over again.

They go to Congress, sneer openly at their threats, refuse to change policy, provide demanded details, and continue on continuing on as if nothing can touch them. They act like nothing can get to them. The tragedy in the wake of Hurricane Helene is the biggest tell yet.

Clearly they have been told, or just know, that there are other plans afoot to ensure that even if Trump returns to the White House nothing will change.

They are now just trying to wait out Powell at the Fed and resume the casual destruction of the country.

The difference however between the US and UK is stark. The UK is weak. It has been fully betrayed. The US is not. It’s weaker than it’s been but it is not objectively weak in comparison to its chief rivals.

And the big question you should be asking is, “Do they have the time to wait this all out?” The markets are telling us no. Events are being accelerated which support that. October is here and we had four surprises in one day. The day after City of London lost to New York over the future price of dollars.

They will not take this lying down. Look to the markets and where the money flows and you’ll see why the politics plays out the way it does… every…. single… time.

What’s been set in motion is a spiral to a bottom that no one should want to contemplate. (read more)

A Very Revealing Moment – Weird Statement by VP Nominee Tim Walz After Debate Question About His Impulsive Lying

During the Vice-Presidential debate Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was asked about his repeated false statements where he claims to have been in Hong Kong during the Tiananmen Square protests in the spring of 1989.

While it was surprising that an ideologically aligned CBS team including Margaret Brennan actually asked Governor Walz about these lies, his response to the direct question was even more surprising. Within his response Tim Walz essentially reveals he is an impulsive liar, prone to making up fictitious statements about events seemingly only to elevate his own sense of value.

Each of us likely knows a person who holds a similar disposition to Tim Walz; there are many impulsive liars in our modern world; however, to see his publicly broadcast attempt at covering up for his history of repeated lies is really something else.

WATCH and decide for yourself.

Apparently, Barack Obama, Eric Holder and James Clyburn selected the exact perfect match for Kamala Harris when they choose Tim Walz.  Remember, former AG Eric Holder vetted all of the potential VP candidates, and as a consequence the long history of make believe that surrounds Walz must be known by those who are currently handling and controlling Kamala Harris and her campaign.

The only thing that makes sense, is that those who control Harris consider the flaws of Walz to be a feature or benefit to them.  Both Harris and Walz represent a false front, a Potemkin village manufactured from nothing to present as something very useful.  What Walz makes evident in the captured moment above, is that very dark forces are at work in the background. If there was no dangerous intent, he would never have passed muster.

Everything around the Kamala Harris campaign is manufactured, fake, astroturf and fraudulent, even the event venues and participants.  Perhaps in selecting Walz as a companion for this effort, the Minnesota governor’s propensity for lying was considered an asset.   Regardless, we can well imagine that those who control the levers of real power in Washington DC, have a very thick black file to use as compliance leverage.

This was a stunningly revealing moment.

Migration, Assimilation, and the Limits of Compassion

As I write this I am sitting on a balcony thirty feet above the Plaza Mayor in the center of Madrid Spain. Madrid is a fantastic city and, in my opinion, one of the last cities in the world where the idea and reality of what a healthy city should be still exists. This is my sixth visit to Spain where my wife lived during her Junior year of college, and brought me shortly after we were married. This trip is even more fascinating than the others. The reason for the difference is due to the dismaying contradictions posed by an exciting, safe, and strongly interactive urban giant such as Madrid and the declining, almost Third World, cities that now characterize much of America.

Madrid is dynamic, energetic, diverse, and full of an amazing range of disparate people, both residents and a horde of extremely varied tourists from seemingly everywhere. That spirit is disappearing in Western European nations that are struggling to cope with a flood of immigrants—legal and otherwise, as well as a generation of migrants from other lands who for a variety of reasons have failed to culturally or politically assimilate into the nations that provide homes, education, and opportunity. For some the issue even goes beyond non-assimilation. A significant number of second-generation individuals whose families migrated to Europe detest or hate the new nation of their birth and maturation.

Examples are easily found. Paris is experiencing serious ethnic strife and conflicted diversity related to a disturbing degree of non-assimilation of new entrants. London, where I lived on three occasions and still love dearly, is barely holding on to the vestiges of its cultural identity as a flood of migrants from cultures extremely different from what has been called “Britishness” have supplanted a significant part of London’s spirit and culture. The more cynical have even referred to London as “Londonistan.”

Stockholm is beset with rising crime, addiction, and “culture shock” as a result of large-scale immigration into what had been a well-intentioned immigration policy by a compassionate Swedish nation. The conflict over immigration doesn’t stop there. Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, and Denmark are increasingly “closing the gates” in an effort to protect their traditions, identity, and culture.

In America, cities such as New York, Washington, DC, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Portland, Seattle, and a disturbing number of other significant urban areas are disintegrating, and with crime, homelessness, and educational dereliction.

I am sharing these thoughts because of my concern about the inability of major Western democracies to cope with the massive flow of migrants and refugees from disadvantaged and dangerous countries who seek new lives for themselves and their children because they are trapped in a vicious reality of authoritarian and dictatorial regimes, little or no opportunity, corruption, and violence. The World Bank, United Nations, and other institutions have predicted huge movements of refugees taking place between Third or Fourth world nations, those in which conflicts and persecutions exist that create special levels of danger and persecution for identifiable classes of people to the degree they deserve to be termed “refugees” under international law. Along with this are people granted Temporary Visa Status due to natural disasters or war in their countries.

All that sounds great in the abstract as a matter of compassion. But the US and Western Europe appear to be the only nations that are expected to take care of the tens of millions of people who leave their own country for various reasons, including economic advantage, while the rest of the world somehow escapes any responsibility to contribute to the alleviation of what is happening.

A “Human Tsunami”

There are similarities between what America faces in terms of its massive and ongoing inflow of migrants, with an estimate by immigration expert Stephen Camarata that as many as 12.6 million or more people cross the Southern border illegally through overt or covert entry. Rough estimates of “Gotaways” range to nearly 2 million since 2021.

Extreme effects are being caused by a devastating combination of financial, cultural, political, educational, health care, and other costs required to satisfy the conditions created by what is really fairly described as a “human tsunami.” One consequence involves America’s major cities, metropolitan areas that were already in a state of potentially hopeless decline.

The future of America’s urban areas is bleak. This is due to the combination of intolerant political divides, a lack of willingness to address the “root causes” of what is causing the crisis, lack of jobs and opportunities as the urban conditions drive away productive economic actors and undermine the tax base, crime, and addictions. They also suffer by an almost incomprehensible crisis of leadership on local, state, and federal levels—leadership so incapable and uncaring that they are a major part of the problem due to their political self-interest, greed, incompetence, and refusal to develop and implement effective strategies for reform.

America’s “Melting Pot” Has Sprung a Leak

The immense flood of immigrants across our borders is exacerbating the problems of America’s cities. We need to have a coherent, focused, and strategic immigration policy with teeth and structure rather than an open-ended non-system that undermines the nation, its increasingly beleaguered citizens, and its ideals.

America did have a “melting pot” of interacting and enriching cultures. The spirit of that national formula has eroded with the rise of an intensive and politically-driven “Identity Culture” in which it is labeled xenophobic, bigoted, and even racist to mention the ideal of assimilation. To be clear, the ideal of assimilation implicit in the formulation I am describing is not strict of total submersion in some elitist, or as currently decried, strict acceptance of a value system claimed to be a device of a politically-invented “White” group of historical and present-day oppressors.

The American ideal of assimilation is one of acceptance, adaptation, and participation, not rejection of the cultural traits fashioned in the culture from which a migrant came. It is a process of blending, not supplanting—but blending that does accept the traditional American ideals as a central focus. That is why the core culture welcomes immigrants to the “melted” mix by honoring groups that retain and honor the cultures from which they migrated by sustaining their histories through social organizations such as Italian-American, Irish-American, German-American, Latino-American, and much more. We need not give up what are essential parts of us in order to become part of a total American community.

Part of that essential spirit requires recognizing the vital importance of family. Another is understanding the need to have moral and ethical beliefs, that people need to talk and communicate about critical needs and opportunities without hate, intolerance, and contempt so that the spirit of “treat your neighbor as you would like to be treated” illuminates our interactions. Instead, we are experiencing the deliberate creation of “enemy groups” based on the buildup of hate, while the desire for political power takes hold and poisons the community to the point of decay and dysfunction.

If You Thought It Was Bad Before, Just Wait Another Few Years

The reality of what is occurring offers a picture of conditions outside the World Bank’s and UN’s descriptions and proposed solutions. Set out at the end of this message are World Bank and United Nations reports related to the positive functions of migrants in relation to expanding the work and jobs base. The idea is about how migrants can not only fill jobs, but how more developed and highly developed nations also need to create work and educational opportunities for their new entrants.

Predictions by respected institutions such as the McKinsey Global Institute indicate we will lose 50 percent of US jobs to technology changes by 2030. If the frightening job loss projections are even close to accurate, employment prospects will not be available for a very large number of immigrants. This makes it vital that immigration reform be approached not only with compassion but with a sense of realistic pragmatism in terms of what is reasonably possible and how to ensure that the system operates in ways that benefit America.

The cost implications of what is described are immense and still understated by the Bank and UN. One element that appears to be entirely outside their analysis is that Artificial Intelligence and robotics are in an accelerating process of job elimination in both intellectual or “mental” areas of work and those involving physical tasks, including not only manufacturing but agriculture. The AI-driven transformation of the economies of Europe and America is accelerating the already rapid decline in employment opportunities.

That decline will worsen rapidly, and that means there will be increasingly limited opportunities for people to gain fully supportive work. A clear result is that, if we can’t even sustain a viable economic base for our current and longer-term residents, it is both a pipe dream and the creation of a source of inevitable conflict to allow millions upon millions of people to flow across our borders.

According to the World Bank, the number of refugees globally rose to 35.3 million in 2022. An estimated 286 million people live outside of their countries of birth, including 32.5 million refugees as of mid-2022. Over 750 million migrate within their countries, with a further 59 million people displaced within their own countries by the end of 2021. Another easy-to-understand statement by the Bank is that “high-income countries (HICs) account for over 60 percent of global GDP and host less than a quarter of all refugees.”

It is not difficult to figure out the underlying intention of that observation. Today, the US and Western Europe are spending well up into the hundreds of billions of dollars on legal and illegal immigration. Recent reports by the World Bank and UN are a thinly veiled statement of the financial amounts they will need in an effort to try to cope with the issue of immigration. Of course, there is an issue of the actual competence of either group to implement effective solutions, and very little in their past history suggests there is any hope of pragmatic positive systems by which we can cope with the incredible, and growing, crisis of immigration both within a nation’s borders and from outside.

From a budgetary perspective, the country is already bankrupt due to its enormous national debt of $36 trillion. That massive debt burden is still growing by $1 trillion per year and this will dramatically weaken the US economy, making it far harder to support and sustain the flow of immigrants. An excellent, detailed, and comprehensive report on costs is found at the following source. See, Prepared Testimony of Steven A. Camarota, “The Cost of Illegal Immigration to Taxpayers” Director of Research Center for Immigration Studies, For Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement Subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee Hearing entitled “The Impact of Illegal Immigration on Social Services,” Thursday, January 11, 2024.

What Is “Diversity?”

A Pew Foundation report listing the world’s supposedly most diverse nations counted more than a few African nations as the most diverse. This assessment was based on a country having the greatest number of different tribes, tribal cultures and languages. Chad, for example, ranked among the world’s leaders in diversity, with 8.6 million people representing more than 100 ethnic groups. Togo, a nation where there are 37 tribal groupings that speak 39 different languages and, as Pew admits, “share little in the way of a common culture or history” was another highly “diverse” country.

This highlights the fact that there are different meanings of diversity. Chad and Togo clearly are “diverse” but in a sense. But theirs is not the kind of diversity that represents the dynamic process intended by the American “melting pot.”

Collaborative and Productive Diversity

U.S. “diversity” seeks a productive and mutually beneficial collaborative and productive diversity. It is not based on the number of distinct tribal groups and languages that can be jammed together within a nation’s territorial boundaries. US diversity is grounded on the extent to which the people who are allowed inside our national boundaries as permanent members interact, blend, work together, and operate under rules and institutions that create cooperative and positive opportunities. That “collaborative and productive diversity” is built on a national ideal, a sense of mutual benefit, and acceptance of the Western system of the primacy of the rule of law. It is a positive and productive process benefiting both the nation and the migrant. So, if anyone asks me whether I put America “first,” my response will absolutely and immediately be “Without question.”

If migrants who seek to come to America are unwilling to work toward becoming full participants in American society then they should not be here. If they are unwilling to become helpful parts of the overall community, they should not be here. If they have nothing to contribute other than the fact that they happen to be from “somewhere else,” they should not be here.

This does not mean I do not care about people in other countries and their needs and concerns. It means I start off with a concern for my family, community, and nation and begin with making sure they are taken care of. Greek philosophers, for example, started off by recognizing that an individual’s concern for the well-being of family began a chain that ran upward through friends, local community, and increasingly greater interest groups and represented a shared system that created the basis of a belief in Natural Law to which we were all subject. It began with the family because that is where we have the deeper systems of caring and belief that provide our compassionate ideals and behavioral limits.

As to how we should deal with the issue of what is being called “chain migration” or “family reunification,” it is a fact of immigration throughout our history that in many instances families that voluntarily chose to part rarely or never saw each other again. The distancing between families is not only a phenomenon of coming from foreign lands. When I was a boy we had yearly family reunions attended by 60 or more members of our extended family. This was possible because we all lived within a radius of 10 or 15 miles. That world has changed forever. Family distancing is part of America, and accepting separation and distance needs to be part of America’s immigration policy.

Separation from one’s extended family is a choice made by the individual, not something forced on the person. Many American families are spread across thousands of miles and make concerted efforts to maintain contact by phone, email, Skype, or Facebook. Including my own “blood” family and my wife’s sisters and brothers, our combined family lives in Florida, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, California, Idaho, Georgia, Texas, and a few others. If we are able to remain in contact it is primarily by electronic communication. That is a fact of modern life.

“Melting Pot” Diversity

In the United States, immigration “diversity” has traditionally been considered to be a “melting pot” concept, not a separatist or tribal phenomenon. Yet, with the rise of aggressive identity groups and “tribes” throughout our political system over the past 20 years, our social and political system has segregated into ethnic enclaves representing a new kind of bigotry. “Diversity” has been forged into a “weaponized” code word.

In America, “melting pot diversity” has long stood for a dynamic situation where people from other nations and cultures desire to come to America to share in its opportunities and values. The new entrants must be eager to contribute their energies, wisdom, cultural insights, and differences to our national community. Done right, this is a “win-win” situation, but it does not happen simply because a person is from “somewhere else.” US immigration policy should be set according to criteria that benefit the nation. These include whether the migrants offer qualities more than simply being “from somewhere else.”

Simply Being from “Somewhere Else” Is Not Enough

We are in a time when global migration pressures have soared and millions of people from countries that offer their citizens little opportunity, impose authoritarian controls, abuse fundamental rights, and encounter violence seek to flee their homelands in a flood tide of emigrants to Western Europe and the United States. America, for example, is caught up in a situation involving an almost total failure of leadership and the entry of something like 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 million illegal migrants in the past three and a half years who have flooded major cities and other locales, imposed massive costs, and increased crime.

This is placing incredible financial burdens on an already bankrupt nation, as well as states and local communities. Along with this is competition for jobs, health care and lodging needs, educational costs, and an increase in crime. This doesn’t even begin to consider the fact that we really do not know the identities, agendas, capabilities, and other critical factors for many of the illegal migrants.

Neither Europe nor the United States can admit all who want to come or support those who manage to infiltrate the nations unlawfully. The United Nations, the World Bank, and even Pope Francis predict the migrant flow will continue to increase, and state that Western nations should accept the migrants with open arms. The problem is that those European and North American nations cannot absorb the large-scale and growing immigration numbers that some estimate are already in the vicinity of 65 million migrants and refugees.

Today, Communications Minister Michelle Rowland tabled a new version of the bill which is intended to “carefully balance the public interest in combatting seriously harmful misinformation and disinformation with the freedom of expression that is so fundamental to our democracy.”

The Covid crisis is the story of billionaires, monopolies, psyops, Moore’s Law, vaccine injury, and CRISPR. All of these factors came together in Covid to create a new pernicious ruling class with unprecedented powers.

“Twentieth-century Fourth Amendment law was really written for a world before computers,” stated Reilly Stephens, an attorney with the Liberty Justice Center. “…and there were these assumptions built into the law that were really based around resource constraints.”

When analysing the 2001 Anthrax attacks in America—a deadly act that unfolded just a week after 9/11—the official narrative quickly begins to unravel, leaving behind a trail of unsettling questions.

We received the death certificate, and the listed causes of death did not include the RAT test. In a final act by Public Health, my father’s life and death were used as a statistic to support a dishonest narrative.

The rap sheet of illegal activities is alarming. It seems that barely a month goes by without some pharmaceutical company in court, somewhere. Criminal convictions are common and fines tally into the billions.

With all these new court documents, and intrepid researchers so heavily focused on the case, we are more aware than ever of the multitude of ways that government and its partners are curating public culture for political ends.

To show how the pandemic response was centrally coordinated, I will provide an overview of how it took place in different countries and how nearly identical each country’s response was. I will then delve into the goals of the pandemic planners.

In its current iteration, bird flu has caused no widespread human illness, no human deaths, and sporadic outbreaks in farm animal populations. However, it could be applied to disrupt the November 5 US Presidential election.

The White Coat Summit doctors were finding that HCQ administered at the onset of Covid illness was preventing progression of the disease. It was their professional opinion that HCQ could have an impact on bringing the pandemic to an end.

Entertainment is ‘weaponized’ against populations through films or television series which communicate a mostly subliminal, but sometimes more explicit, ‘message’ to viewers about what to expect in the future, thus ‘pre-programming’ them for such events.

In 1944, F.A. Hayek wrote The Road to Serfdom, a much-cited book to this day. The chapter called “The End of Truth” explains that any large-scale government planning will necessarily entail censorship and propaganda, and hence control of free speech.

The Covid story is not about a single public health event run by a few individuals. It is not a consequence of any one country’s internal politics. It is, I believe, a precautionary chapter in a much larger global saga.

We are left with questions. Why was Girish Navani appointed to Governor Baker’s Reopening Advisory Board in 2020? How much did Navani make from this deal? How many public officials are invested in Navani’s company?

Those who participated in “Dark Winter” explored strategies for imposing coercive quarantines; censorship; mandatory masking, lockdowns, and vaccination; and expanded police powers as the only rational responses to the pandemic.

Richard Feynman, “Learn from science that you must doubt the experts. As a matter of fact, I can also define science another way: Science is the belief in the ignorance of experts.”

Friedrich Nietzsche, “The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently.”

Dwight D. Eisenhower, “Here in America, we are descended in blood and in spirit from revolutionists and rebels – men and women who dare to dissent from accepted doctrine. As their heirs, may we never confuse honest dissent with disloyal subversion.”

H. L. Mencken, “All government, in its essence, is a conspiracy against the superior man: its one permanent object is to oppress him and cripple him. If it be aristocratic in organization, then it seeks to protect the man who is superior only in law against the man who is superior in fact; if it be democratic, then it seeks to protect the man who is inferior in every way against both. One of its primary functions is to regiment men by force, to make them as much alike as possible and as dependent upon one another as possible, to search out and combat originality among them. All it can see in an original idea is potential change, and hence an invasion of its prerogatives. The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it. And even if he is not romantic personally he is very apt to spread discontent among those who are.”
